3. Rental Agreement

Clients must complete a rental agreement and provide valid payment information to secure a storage unit. Payment is due monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed upon.
3.2 Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice at least 30 days prior to the desired termination date. Upon termination, clients must remove all items from the storage unit.
4. Storage Unit Policies
Clients are responsible for the security and condition of their storage units. Storage Sutton is not liable for any loss or damage to items stored unless caused by our negligence.
4.1 Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited from being stored:
- Hazardous materials
- Perishable goods
- Illegal items
- Flammable substances
4.2 Access to Storage Units
Clients have access to their storage units during business hours. Extended access may be arranged upon request and subject to approval.
5. Security Measures
Storage Sutton employs a range of security measures to protect clients' belongings, including 24/7 surveillance cameras, gated access, and individual unit alarms.
6. Liability and Insurance
While we take extensive precautions to secure storage units, clients are encouraged to obtain their own insurance coverage for stored items. Storage Sutton's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that items stored do not violate any laws or infringe upon the rights of others. Proper labeling and categorization of stored items are required.
7.1 Maintenance of Stored Items
Clients must maintain their storage units in good condition. Any damage caused by the client will be repaired at the client's expense.
8. Modifications to Terms
Storage Sutton reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Storage Sutton operates.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Storage Sutton regarding the use of our storage services.
16. Acceptance
By signing the rental agreement and using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
